Beyond Cooking Create, Design, and Lead in the Food Industry

The food industry today demands more than just culinary skills. Businesses are driven by creativity, experience design, branding, and strong management. At the same time, many students graduate with technical skills but cannot adapt, innovate, or manage real food businesses.

The Culinary Arts and Design (CDI) program is designed to meet these demands, integrating culinary, design, and business management to prepare students for the evolving food industry.

Develop Culinary Skills Through Hands-On Learning

Students build strong culinary foundations through intensive practical training, covering everything from basic to advanced techniques.

Through continuous hands-on practice, students gain real experience in food preparation, cooking, and professional kitchen operations.

Learn Food Design and Creative Development

The program goes beyond cooking by integrating design into food creation.

Students learn food styling, menu creation, and concept development. Allowing them to create unique dishes, restaurant concepts, and food experiences.

Build Business and Management Skills

Students develop knowledge in food business management, service operations, and entrepreneurship.

From food business operations to startup projects, the program prepares students to understand how to manage, operate, and grow food-related businesses.

Gain Real Industry Experience and Exposure

Students work with industry professionals, join workshops, and participate in real projects and activities.

These experiences provide practical insights, professional feedback, and opportunities to connect with the industry.
