The First Step Toward Professionalism for New Generation Event Producers!

Young Event Organizer 2025 is a project that offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning and designing special events tailored to specific target audiences. The program aims to equip participants with the essential skills and practical knowledge needed to step confidently into the world of professional event production.

The "Young Event Organizer 2025" project has been successfully completed, providing opportunities for third-year students in Event Production and Exhibition and Conference Management at the Faculty of Communication Arts to practice planning and designing special activities for target groups. This prepares them for their journey as "professional event producers" ready to become leading new-generation event personnel. Under this project, all students work through every process, from creating events under specified themes and budgets, crafting events that meet requirements and are appropriate, to presenting to department faculty for selection of suitable events for actual production. These events are developed by students with close supervision and consultation from faculty advisors. This year, 5 events were selected:

"EVENT BU SHOWCASE HIDDEN FILES: Uncovering Secret Files with Dr. Tank Edition" Presenting a talk show experience combining substance, entertainment, and audience participation. Using special immersive techniques to take viewers into various cases, understanding criminal behavior, warning signs, and survival methods from dangerous situations through real cases from the perspective of "Dr. Tank - Markkaphon Khatiyathongkham," a medical doctor specializing in anti-aging medicine, with numerous special activities. The event was held at Room C3-102 (STUDIO 1), Faculty of Communication Arts, Bangkok University.

"Drunk in Love Exhibition" A creative immersive art bar exhibition simulating a bar of love through 5 emotional zones, from falling head-over-heels in love (First shot of love), being madly in love (I love u so drunk), fulfilling love through 5 love languages (Tastes of love), experiencing love hangover symptoms (Love hangover), to the end of love requiring learning and moving forward (Aftertaste of love). This exhibition invites viewers to explore the taste of love in dimensions that are fun, touching, and reflective for everyone, allowing hearts to experience "the right taste" and take good love back home. Held at GalileOasis, BTS Ratchathewi.

"JUDGE A PART EXHIBITION: Listen But Don't Judge" An exhibition that takes you through the experience of perception, encouraging viewers to stop judging from just "parts" and start opening their hearts to the "whole" of each other through presentations in forms of images, sounds, and touch across 4 zones: "Perception," "Understanding," "Letting Go," and "Passing on Good Things." Including a special talk session with "Gun Samai - Chonkan Apornsuthinan" and "Tatintin - Tarinpat Leelapipatgul" sharing their perspectives and real experiences on "judgment," including positive perspectives many might overlook. Held at TK Park Learning Park.

"FREERUN UNBREAK 2025" A camp and activities for Free Running sports enthusiasts aged 10 and above, training and learning various techniques from national Free Running team coaches "Montri Buadok" or "Boy Spinboy" and "Patinya Buneak" or "Fa Ptinya." Beyond training sessions, there's an exciting challenge called "The Unbreak Challenger," selecting 10 campers to showcase abilities learned during training and find the ultimate new Free Runner. Held at Chang Chui Gallery, ChangChui Creative Park.

"EVENT BU CHAIRBALL: Let's Have Fun Together Friends" A friendly match bringing together BU students to compete for the ultimate chairball champion under the concept "Love Hate and Friendship - In the End, We're Friends," creating a space of smiles, cheers, and relationships built on friendship. Held at Diamond Hall, 5th Floor, A3 Building, Bangkok University.

This project aims to develop and practice event production for third-year students through integration of 3 courses: EDM402 Private Event, EDM404 Cultural and Heritage Event, and EDM405 Sport Event. Students learn design, conceptualization, processes, and techniques for producing special activities for specific target groups to meet specific client needs through practical work experience and learning from real industry professionals, gaining knowledge, understanding, and practicing real planning.
