The latest MOU from Culinary Arts and Design BU & Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland in “Double Award Programme”. You'll be awarded a maximum of one bachelor degree + 2 master degrees and 2 higher diplomas as well.
เรียนในหลักสูตรปริญญาตรีที่ Culinary Arts and Design ที่ม.กรุงเทพเป็นเวลา 3 ปี และในปีที่ 4 ไปเรียนที่ Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland - Le Bouveret campus นักศึกษาจะได้เรียนรู้ทั้งเรื่องของอาหารทั่วโลก (Cuizine of the world) ทักษะด้านไวน์และเครื่องดื่ม (Wine, Beverage and Mixology) อาหารยุโรป (Cuisine of Europe) และ ยังจะได้เรียนภาษาฝรั่งเศสหรือเยอรมันเพื่อเป็นพื้นฐานในการสื่อสาร นอกจากนี้ ยังสามารถเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมฝึกงาน (Paid Internship) ได้อีกด้วย

In the first three years, you will study for a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Design at Bangkok University. In the 4th year, you will study at Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland - Le Bouveret campus. You will learn various topics such as Cuisine of the world, Beverage and Mixology, Cuisine of Europe. You will also learn basic French or German. You can also join a Paid Internship program. Then, You will receive a bachelor's degree from Bangkok University International and a Swiss Higher Diploma in Culinary Studies from Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland.
เรียนที่ Culinary Arts and Design ที่ ม.กรุงเทพ เป็นเวลา 3 ปี และ 1 ปีที่ Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland จากนั้นเรียนต่อเพิ่มอีก 2เทอม ให้ลึกขึ้น อาทิ การจัดการรายได้และการวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร (Revenue & Performance Analysis in the food industry) การจัดอีเว้นท์และจัดเลี้ยง (Event and Catering Management) อาหารและวัฒนธรรม (Cuisines and Cultures) และโอกาสในการฝึกงาน(Paid Internship) ทั้งในสวิตเซอร์แลนด์หรือต่างประเทศเป็นเวลา 4-6เดือน

Complete your first 3 years at BU and the 4th year at Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland. Then continue studying for an additional 2 semesters through specialise fields such as ; Revenue & Performance Analysis in the food industry, Event and Catering Management, Cuisines and Cultures. You will get an opportunity for a 4-6 months paid-internship in Switzerland or worldwide.
You will graduate with these following awards :
- a bachelor's degree from Bangkok University International.
- a Swiss Higher Diploma in Culinary Studies from Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Culinary Management awarded by Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland.
