School of Humanities and Tourism Management Opens Doors to Welcome Vietnam Aviation Academy Delegation, Advancing Regional Cooperation

Airline Business Management of the School of Humanities and Tourism Management welcomed faculty members and students from Vietnam Aviation Academy for a visit to the Tourism Tower practical training building to study simulated aviation business operations processes, which is part of strengthening regional cooperation between the two institutions.


Students from the Airline Business Management program organized the welcoming activities, leading the delegation to visit The Terminal (11th floor), which simulates ticketing processes, baggage loading, and Airside operations showcasing air cargo transportation systems and the use of visual signals for aircraft marshaling.


Additionally, the visiting delegation toured The Cabin, a Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft simulator, where they learned about in-flight service procedures, emergency equipment usage, and passenger announcements (PA Announcement) at the Boarding Gate.
