Hotel Management Department, School of Humanities and Tourism Management, organized a Banquet Service learning activity under the course Banquet and Catering Management (BQ101) at IMPACT Exhibition Management — giving students the opportunity to learn real-world banquet and event management processes from a national-level venue.

The activity focused on direct learning from Banquet industry experts, covering hands-on work experience, event management, problem-solving approaches, and current and future trends in the catering and MICE industry — all connected to real working contexts in Hospitality and MICE.

Students practiced room setup, table arrangement, banquet preparation, and venue management according to national convention center standards — building professional skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and confidence for future careers.

Students also received a Final Project brief from Khun Jiraporn Lertsuphanan, Senior Sales Manager at IMPACT Exhibition Management, who provided feedback and evaluation — encouraging students to apply knowledge and real-world experience toward developing professional concepts and work.

This activity reflects a learning approach that bridges classroom knowledge with real-world practice, exposing students to professional standards in the banquet and conference industry — preparing them to become quality professionals in Banquet, Catering, and the MICE Industry.
