He has made a name for himself with authentic, bold-flavored Southern Thai cuisine, elevated with modern techniques while supporting local communities. Royd restaurant itself has also been selected as MICHELIN Selected in the MICHELIN Guide 2026.

Airline Business Management Department (BU AIR), School of Humanities and Tourism Management, organized the activity "The Sustainable Climb: Crafting Aviation's Future with POLC" as part of the Airline Business Management and Organizations course. The initiative aims to strengthen strategic thinking skills and understanding of aviation organizational management based on sustainability concepts, utilizing the POLC Framework—a critical tool for guiding international-level organizations that aligns with sustainable development goals emphasizing responsibility toward passengers, organizations, and society.

Airline Business Management Department (BU AIR), School of Humanities and Tourism Management, organized the project “In-flight Medical Emergency Response and Safety Management (BU AIR x Air Force Institute of Aviation Medicine)”. The project aims to develop safety and in-flight emergency response skills for students in the courses ABM331 Basic Inflight Passenger Service and ABM333 Basic Safety and Emergency Onboard.

Bangkok University International Center, School of Humanities and Tourism Management, the Library and Learning Space together with the Language Institute hosted the “Passport to the World: Study Abroad and Language Fair 2025” at C6 Building, 5th Floor. Students from all over the university came to the venue from 11.00 – 15.00 hrs., transforming the space into a vibrant community of global opportunities. Booths from Goethe Institut, Instituto Cervantes, Campus France, Swiss Education and international partner universities showcased programs across Europe and Asia—giving students a firsthand look at what it’s like to live and learn abroad.

School of Humanities and Tourism Management implemented the academic service project "Designing Pathum Thani for Sustainable Creative Festival: Driving SDGs into Action" to promote area-based learning for students and support driving Pathum Thani Province toward a sustainable creative city. Congratulations to Instructor Suthee Sertsri, a Instructor in Hotel Management Department, School of Humanities and Tourism Management, who showcased his culinary skills with the dish "Stir-Fried Spicy Razor Clams," winning first place in the popular vote for Samut Songkhram Province in the "1 Province 1 Menu: Celebrating Local Cuisine - The Lost Taste 2025" activity organized by the Department of Cultural Promotion, Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with Provincial Cultural Offices in 76 provinces and Bangkok. The dish was certified by provincial selection committees based on criteria such as: important local ingredients, value-added development, nutritionally complete menu composition, and conservation of local flora and fauna biodiversity.
