"Bangkok University's Communication Arts Faculty" Partners with 23 Leading Organizations to Host "Conversation for Creative Futures: Marketing AI & Ethics Conclave"

Master of Communication Arts Program in Digital Marketing Communication, School of Communication Arts, is hosting the most significant forum of the year — "Conversation for Creative Futures: Marketing AI & Ethics Conclave" — a seminar designed to foster conversations about creative futures where artificial intelligence (AI) marketing and ethics must advance together.
This Conclave serves as an open exchange space between academics, professionals, and leading national organizations to collaboratively shape the direction of modern marketing in an era where AI technology and ethics must progress hand in hand.
The event draws inspiration from the integration of the six core values of the Master of Communication Arts Program in Digital Marketing Communication: Friends, Fun, Fail Fast, Fascinate, Go Crazy, and Full-Functioned — with the aims of building long-term stakeholder relationships, stimulating creative thinking and questioning, encouraging hypothesis-driven inquiry, normalizing learning from failure in an enjoyable way, and maintaining a focus on tangible outcomes and impact.
The initiative is grounded in the principles of human-centered technology, sustainable digital operations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the exploration of new business models.

Deep Dive into 4 Core Axes Toward the Future: Human, AI, Innovation, Collaboration
The key content of this forum will be conveyed through case studies spanning multiple industries, reflecting that in a world where AI plays an increasingly profound role, success is not measured by efficiency alone — but by maintaining balance across four core dimensions:

- Human Flourishing (Human-Centered Approach)
Modern operations must prioritize human value and sustainability. Examples include charitable organizations leveraging digital tools to reach people more rapidly, and businesses designing products with long-term environmental and consumer well-being in mind. - Responsible AI (Ethical Artificial Intelligence)
Modern marketing has fully transitioned into data-driven and AI-driven approaches — but these must be grounded in transparency, data equity, and human oversight to prevent bias and mitigate the risks of misinformation. - Creative Innovation
This axis reaffirms that AI is merely a "tool," not a substitute for human beings. The power of creativity, empathy, and lived experience remains at the core of what technology cannot replace. - Cross-disciplinary Collaboration
The future of work lies in the integration of technology and humanity. AI will help eliminate repetitive tasks, freeing people to invest more time in strategic thinking and creative endeavors.
