Bangkok University, an educational institution committed to sustainable social development, has launched the VISION HOUSE project—a central hub for exchanging knowledge, creative ideas, and real-world experiences. The initiative aims to connect successful alumni from business, industrial, and social sectors, who serve as valuable resources for knowledge transfer, creating social value and innovation, fostering collaboration with various network partners, and inspiring current students.

The inaugural event was held under the theme "From Vision to Action: Sustainability for Social Development." It began with opening remarks by K.Purat Osathanugrah, President of Bangkok University, who shared his vision for promoting collaboration with various networks and emphasized the importance of sustainable development within the university.

This was followed by project presentations from four student representatives: Mr. Anouvong Laoly, School of Communication Arts, 2nd year; Miss Waranya Dachragsa, School of Fine and Applied Arts, Fashion Design Program, 4th year; Miss Araya Rodjanasereechok, School of Humanities and Tourism Management, 3rd year; and Mr. Passadech Chotikamas, School of Information Technology and Innovation, 4th year. They shared their projects and experiences in social work throughout their university studies, reflecting the commitment of the younger generation ready to apply their creativity for societal benefit.

A highlight of the event was a special lecture by K.Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer, Thai Beverage and Honorary Doctorate Degree of Arts in Art and Design. He delivered a keynote on "Sustainability for Social Development," sharing his experiences and perspectives on social development, providing crucial inspiration for alumni and students to co-create a better society.

The event continued with a Mini Workshop that provided opportunities for participants to exchange ideas, share perspectives, and brainstorm based on real experiences on issues related to society and sustainable development. This was accompanied by networking sessions among alumni, executives, faculty, and network partners to advance future collaboration.

The event concluded with remarks by Special Prof. Dr. Kittipong Kittayarak, Chairman of Bangkok University Council, who outlined the university's commitment to establishing a strong, long-term foundation for the VISION HOUSE network. He emphasized its potential to extend into various academic activities, innovation, and social development initiatives, particularly through creating collaborative mechanisms among alumni to mobilize resources, expertise, and business opportunities to support community projects, environmental initiatives, and systematically create positive social impact.

VISION HOUSE represents a concrete platform connecting alumni, students, and network partners. It facilitates the transfer of knowledge and inspiration from organizational leaders to students, builds a strong community network, unites alumni as partners for society, and establishes a foundation for long-term collaboration that can lead to the development of joint projects and activities in the future. This aligns with the university's mission to create a learning society and sustainable development. The atmosphere concluded warmly and memorably with alumni from both senior and junior classes who gathered on this occasion on February 3, 2026, at The Okura Prestige Bangkok Hotel.
