"Healthy Body, Peaceful Mind" — A One-Day Comprehensive Health Services Event
Bangkok University held a student health promotion activity under the name "Healthy Body, Peaceful Mind," attracting continuous interest from students. The event took place in the lobby of the 1st floor, Building A3, Bangkok University.
The event gathered health services from multiple expert organizations, covering both physical and mental health, including: general health check-ups by the Nawamin Medical Center; HIV screening by the Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand and Khlong Luang Hospital; as well as HPV screening and cervical cancer consultations by Pathum Thani Hospital.
On the mental health side, the "Boost Jit Boost Jai" Project featured professional psychologists offering consultation sessions and self-assessed stress evaluation activities, which drew significant interest from participants.
Additional activities included "Roo Than Khwan Luang" a nicotine dependency screening and smoking/substance cessation counseling service by the Thanyarak Institute and a health knowledge quiz by the Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand, designed to raise health awareness in a fun and accessible way.
This "Healthy Body, Peaceful Mind" event marks a significant step in integrating collaboration from multiple expert sectors to deliver comprehensive and accessible health services to Bangkok University students, reflecting the university's commitment to concretely promoting students' quality of life.
