MBA-TP × MME × WARRIX: Developing Concepts for Digital-Era Management Through AI Power and Creativity

Bangkok University Graduate School, in collaboration with Warrix Sport Public Company Limited, enhances students' capabilities to become digital-era leaders through a practical learning project with business experts in an age where technology and AI play crucial roles in the business world.

The MBA-TP and MME programs of the Graduate School have partnered with Warrix Sport Public Company Limited to organize the project "AI-driven Strategies for a Creative Future: Redefining Business Policy in the Digital Era" to strengthen students' potential to become digital-era leaders. The project emphasizes learning from real experiences of business sector experts while providing opportunities for students to develop strategic concepts using AI technology and digital tools, with Dr.Sumetee Wongsak, Director, Master of Business Administration Program (Thai Program) as the project director.

The project activities consisted of: Activity 1 - Site visit and business case assignment at Warrix Sport Public Company Limited, where executives shared strategic perspectives on organizational management with digital technology and assigned students to design innovative business management approaches; and Activity 2 - Lecture and workshop on digital strategic planning, honored by the presence of K. Wisan Wanasaksrisakul, CEO of Warrix Sport Public Company Limited, who lectured and served as coach for students. The project concluded with a Final Pitching activity and business plan consultation from expert judges, where students presented concepts for applying AI and digital strategies to develop brands for sustainable growth.

From this collaborative learning experience, students gained a clear vision that "new-era leaders" must be able to seamlessly integrate the power of Sports × Creativity × Technology, and understand that AI is not limited to technology businesses but can truly transform the sports industry and propel Thai brands onto the global stage. The project outcome is the development of students who can connect theory with practice, possessing strategic thinking skills, teamwork abilities, and creative problem-solving capabilities, which aligns with Bangkok University's vision of producing graduates ready to drive the business world with innovation and future technologies.
