Students Step into Real Action as Next-Generation Real Estate Agents via Advertising Mastermind Challenge#2

Digital Marketing Program, School of Business Administration organized the 2nd Advertising Mastermind Challenge in collaboration with business sector partners who jointly developed real-world challenges from Origin Property brand and their luxury real estate project "The Park Origin Thonglor." This represents a collaboration between academia and leading business partners, creating a platform for students to showcase their real estate marketing strategy ideas.


This project was not limited to Digital Marketing students only, but also opened opportunities for students from other departments within School of Business Administration to demonstrate their potential in digital marketing strategic planning for the real estate industry through strategic thinking processes and developing innovative campaigns using Search Engine techniques. The final 10 teams of 3rd and 4th-year students who passed the selection process entered the Final Pitching round, taking on the role of "new generation real estate agents," presenting residential sales strategies in the Thonglor area, combining knowledge of Digital Marketing, consumer behavior analysis, and creative digital media usage.


The event featured Dr.Krairoek Pinkaeo, Dean, School of Business Administration, giving the opening remarks and Dr.Kittipoom Supamontri, Director, Digital Marketing Program, welcoming participants and introducing the expert committee from 4 partner organizations:

The committee provided intensive feedback, emphasizing the importance of adapting marketing strategies to meet competitive challenges in an era where the real estate industry is complex and rapidly changing. From the Final Pitching competition, the winning teams were:
First Prize: Team นิ่งไว้!!!
First Runner-up: Team วาโทโนอะมะมะวาวา
Second Runner-up: Team Four Ever Young

The 2nd Advertising Mastermind Challenge serves as an important platform connecting academic knowledge to the business sector and professional associations, reinforcing the blended learning approach between classroom and industry. It creates a venue for students to showcase their potential, ready to face challenges from real situations, and prepare confidently for their career paths in the digital era.
The 2nd Advertising Mastermind Challenge was under the responsibility of Digital Marketing Department faculty, Business Administration Faculty, led by Ajarn Cholavit Komenkul as Project Leader, and Ajarn Seubsai Asunee Na Ayudhya, Ajarn Namon Promnara and Ajarn Samarn Manokaew as co-supervising instructors.
