BU x TFA Hosts Final Pitching Event 'The Fintech Forge 2025' Learning Financial Technology from National-Level Experts

Finance Department, School of Business Administration in collaboration with the Thai Fintech Association (TFA) organized the "FinTech Project Challenge 2025: The Fintech Forge" project, hosting a Final Pitching Desk event for School of Business Administration students to showcase their potential and innovative business concepts in modern financial technology. The event was honored by K. Choladet Khemaratana, President of the Thai Fintech Association, serving as a judge. Dr.Krairoek Pinkaeo, Dean, School of Business Administration, delivered the welcome address and presented commemorative gifts to the committee members, accompanied by Dr.Rapeesorn Fuangkasem, Chairperson, Finance Department, Dr.Suwijak Suwanhirunkul, Lecturer in the Department of Finance and Ajarn Nichawan Thamrongsak, Lecturer in the Department of Finance and project supervisor.


This project aims to enhance students' understanding of Financial Technology, enable them to apply knowledge in real-world contexts, and envision future career trends in the fintech sector. Throughout the project, students learned from expert speakers from various sectors of the Thai Fintech Association who conducted teaching sessions throughout the semester on financial technology topics, ranging from Digital Assets, Wealth Tech, Fund raising and crowdfunding, Regulatory Landscape, to InsureTech, led by:
- K. Tanin Sammanee and K. Warayuth Inthawong, CEO and Strategy AI Engineer from Deepscope Investment
- K. Partomchai Tangnoi, Assistant Managing Director from Kubix Digital Asset
- K. Thanobol Saenpakdee, Managing Director from Advanced mPAY Co., Ltd.
- K. Sunisa (surname), Lending Business Development Manager from Ascend Nano Co., Ltd.
- K. Noratip Dhanasarnsilp, Co-founder from OpenQ
- K. Ekasit Diaowanich, Executive Committee member from Thai Fintech Association
- K. Kantanat Wuttithorn and team, Digital Asset Analyst Supervisor from Bitkub Academy
- K. Amarit Franzen, Co-founder from Appman
- K. Pornpan Wichawut from Tilleke & Gibbins International Ltd.
- K. Barry Chan, Chief Digital Officer and Head of FINNOSpace from FORMS HK

Importantly, this project emphasizes hands-on Active Learning, allowing students to present concepts to experts and receive feedback for further development in the rapidly changing digital finance world. This represents another step forward in developing students' potential in financial innovation and technology, aligning with the evolving digital workplace.


School of Business Administration extends its gratitude to all expert speakers from various sectors of the Thai Fintech Association who participated in lecturing and sharing knowledge with Bangkok University's School of Business Administration students in this project.
