Breaking Limitations with English in the AI Era with Engbypfah
Self Access Language Learning Center (SALLC), Language Institute, Bangkok University organized a special event under the topic "Breaking Limitations with English in the AI Era" featuring special guest speaker Fah K.Buntika Ratanapasitkul a professional interpreter from the Engbypfah page who has experience working with leading international organizations, sharing knowledge and experiences with students at Bangkok University.
The atmosphere at the event was filled with enthusiasm from students who gathered to hear first-hand experiences from a professional interpreter. Fah shared stories about working with leading organizations such as the United Nations (UN) and most recently with Netflix, which inspired participating students to see more clearly how "English can create opportunities for them." She emphasized the importance of English in opening doors to future opportunities, especially in the AI era where English is not just a supplementary skill but an essential tool for self-development and enhancing competitiveness at an international level.
Additionally, Fah imparted techniques for learning English effectively and provided students with opportunities to ask questions about developing English skills and career paths in translation and interpretation.
With positive feedback from participants, Self-Access Language Learning Center plans to organize continuous practical activities to prepare students to handle challenges in the rapidly changing work environment, with English skills and understanding of AI technology.
