BU Organizes Complaint Management Training to Enhance Staff Skills in Handling Complaints Professionally

Administrative and Educational Services Division continues to advance staff development by organizing a Complaint Management Training under the theme "Turning Complaint Crises Around — Transforming Friction into Engagement", held at Room A3-203, 2nd Floor, Building A3, Bangkok University.

The session was led by Asst. Prof.Chanunshee Pangkhanont, Assistant to the President for Administrative and Educational Services, who delivered systematic knowledge on complaint management while also facilitating open discussions where participants could share real-world work experiences.




The training was attended by a large number of staff from both academic and academic support divisions, reflecting the university's strong commitment to raising service standards and empowering personnel to handle complaints with confidence and professionalism.
