A Happy Place to Live Life — BUCA Students Showcase Creative Power Through Photography

 

This competition was organized through a collaboration between the course CA154: Photography in Broadcasting and Streaming Media, Department of Broadcasting and Streaming Media Production, School of Communication Arts, together with The Mall Lifestore and The Photographic Society of Thailand under Royal Patronage. The initiative was designed to provide students with a platform to express their perspectives and stories through photography, while advancing their visual communication skills, creative thinking, and media production abilities on a national stage. Under the theme "A Happy Place to Live Life", students conveyed their interpretation of a "Place of Happiness" through diverse perspectives — reflecting stories of everyday living, cherished memories, and personal inspiration — by applying their knowledge of media production and the art of photography to create distinctive and powerful works.

 

 

The event was honored by Ajarn Tun Hiranyalawan, President of the Photographic Society of Thailand under Royal Patronage, and a Senior Manager of the Cultural Arts Promotion Project at Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, who presided over the ceremony. Asst. Prof.Dr.Arishai Akraudom, Dean, School of Communication Arts, also joined in congratulating the award-winning students and celebrating the experience of learning to tell stories through photography.

 

 

Students from the Department of Broadcasting and Streaming Media Production, School of Communication Arts, delivered outstanding work at the "A Happy Place to Live Life" photography competition — demonstrating their strength in visual storytelling and creative communication, developed through real-world learning experiences.
