The School of Communication Arts, Broadcasting and Streaming Media Production Programs, in collaboration with MCOT (The Mass Communication Organization of Thailand), organized a One-Day Mini Workshop training and practice activity for students. The aim was to enhance skills and experiences from industry experts, delve into the secrets of being a professional news anchor, and develop abilities towards becoming a quality news anchor within the framework of professional ethics. The event was held at Diamond Hall, 5th floor, Building A3, Bangkok University.
This event was honored by real professionals who came to share their experiences with students. Led by K.Ball Teerawat Phuengtong and K. Noinae Vanessa, news anchors from Thai News Agency, who imparted techniques on being professional news anchors. Along with K.Dart Thanatorn Siriraks and K.Walnut Saithip Wiwattanapatapee, who taught voice techniques as professional voice actors.
In addition, students practiced being professional news anchors at various booths such as Thai News Agency, Channel 9 Cartoon, Mellow Pop, MCOT ESG Insight, and Backbone. They also participated in fun activities and received many prizes from activity booths like Sure Before Share, ETDA (Electronic Transactions Development Agency), NCSEC (National Cyber Security Agency), Anti-Fake News Center, National Science Museum (NSM), Photo Booth by Sixsheet, and Full Smile.
