BU Holds Royal Birthday Blessing Ceremony and Royal Decoration Conferment Ceremony
Bangkok University held a ceremony to offer royal blessings to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty's Birthday, 28 July 2026, as an expression of profound gratitude for the boundless royal grace His Majesty has bestowed through his tireless dedication to the many royal duties performed for the benefit of the Thai people and the nation.
Asst. Prof.Sansern Milindasuta, Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, presided over the ceremony, presiding over the opening of the floral cone and leading the offering of royal felicitations.
Additionally, there was a ceremony to receive the Royal Decorations of the Most Admirable Order of the Direkgunabhorn for the year 2026, with seven university staff members receiving the Fifth Class of the Direkgunabhorn. The ceremony was held at The Banquet, 5th Floor, Tourism Tower (A5).
