Library Activity Week: Green Life, Bright Future - The World Changes Because of Us

Library and Learning Space organized the "Library Activity Week: Green Life, Bright Future - The World Changes Because of Us" to raise awareness and encourage participation in activities that promote sustainable living. The event aims to connect environmentally friendly daily lifestyles (Green Lifestyle) with creating a bright and sustainable future.
The activities emphasize helping participants learn and understand that "The World Changes Because of Us" - change can begin with oneself to create sustainable transformation.

"I want to contribute to preventing global warming. This project is very creative - I learned that besides reducing plastic bag usage, we can recycle and reuse plastics and other used materials in many ways. There are various booths that allow us to participate in creative and fun activities."

Green Lifestyle in Daily Life: New Trends Close to Me Presenting the concept that sustainable change can begin with daily life, including eating habits (Green Eating), exercise (Green Exercise), and daily activities (Green Actions), along with fun Game & Action Green Life Style activities promoting environmentally friendly daily living.

Workshop

- Recycle to Garden Art: Creating 3D Works for Gardening Demonstration of using recycled materials to create products with 3D printers as innovative decorations, by Mr. Chana Lueruk from Nai Suan Shop.

- Demonstration of "Pandan Matcha" Brewing - Community Product from Pathum Thani Province Using fragrant Pathum pandan, which the Ministry of Commerce has registered as a GI (Geographical Indication) product representing the unique identity of Pathum Thani Province. Pandan grown in fertile soil, fragrant and chemical-free, has been developed into a health beverage "Pandan Matcha," which won first prize in the product development competition under the Knowledge-Based OTOP (KBO) Network Promotion Project from Pathum Thani Province.

- Making Chic Keychains from Bottle Caps "Green Keys Lab" Creating works that transform ordinary bottle cap waste into stylish, one-of-a-kind designer keychains (using tools to melt bottle caps).

- Story Telling: "From Farm to Sustainable Value" Sharing the inspiring concept of transforming a goat farm into products for society and the environment sustainably, by Mr. Pinya Wetchapaiboon, owner of Wetchapaiboon Farm, who continues his family's agricultural legacy. The goat milk farm in Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province received the GI Green Industry award, developing goat milk products to create sustainable agricultural business.


- From Ceramic Shards... to Vegetable Garden: Regrow Again Connecting the artistic beauty of antique ceramics with sustainable environmental concepts by applying them to create contemporary artworks on ceramic tile fragments and using them as containers for growing kitchen garden vegetables. Learning to grow vegetables using the Regrow Again method helps promote understanding of resource circulation and interdependence in nature, by the Southeast Asian Ceramics Museum.

- Green Share: "Bottle Cap to Benefit - Caps Change the World" Join in donating plastic bottle caps to generate income for communities. The collected plastic caps will be donated to the Eua-Rak Community Group at Eua Arthon Village, Rangsit-Pathum Thani, to transform drinking water bottle cap waste into creative works that create value for the community.
