Bangkok University Graduate School moves forward to inspire and awaken new generation leaders, organizing the Executive Lunch Talk 2025 Ep.2 event-a special opportunity to learn through the perspective and vision of K. Topp Jirayut Srupsrisopa, Founder and CEO of Bitkub Capital Group Holdings Co., Ltd., who shared his experience and vision under the topic "Empowering the Next Generation: The Role of Youth in Sustainability Leadership" at the Imagine Lounge, 2nd floor, Building A3, Bangkok University.
In today's fast-paced and increasingly challenging business world, future leaders need more than business knowledge; they need a heart for sustainable development, adhering to the principles of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) to create "value" that impacts people and the world. This lecture opened new perspectives for the new generation on several important issues such as ESG strategies and integration into business plans for future-ready skill development, essential skillsets for new generation youth to become leaders of change, the core of the Longevity Economy model-because many countries including Thailand are entering a "Super-aged Society," understanding and adapting to the Longevity Economy is not just a business opportunity but designing a future where everyone can live with quality-as well as case studies and real projects where youth create change worldwide.
This event served as a space to inspire and spark ideas for students, alumni, and interested individuals to learn, develop, and grow into "leaders the world needs."
