BU hosts BETTER THAN OK! Unlocking the Universe of Mind
Bangkok University organizes a creative event for relaxation and
mental wellness under the theme "BETTER THAN OK! Unlocking the
Universe of Mind" with Ajarn. Sittipong Prempraphan, Director, Center for Holistic Student Development, K. Janin Wattanapruda, Head of Happy
Growth Project, K. Pornpen Janupong, Manager of Foundation for the Deaf
under the Royal Patronage, and K. Pat Rannaphan Yungyuenpoonchai
from Klear band joining the warm opening ceremony at Diamond Hall, 5th
floor, Building A3.
The event is packed with various activities designed for mental rejuvenation, such as talks about unlocking the secrets of the mind's universe, SOUND HEALING with artist Pat from Clear band. Additionally, there are workshops from partner organizations, like Friend of the Heart and EMPATHY SPACE by SOUL CONNECT FEST in collaboration with Thai Health Promotion Foundation (THPF), and SX SENSORY EXPERIENCE from the Foundation for the Welfare of the Deaf under Royal Patronage.
Other highlight activities include:
• PAINT MY MIND: Create artistic designs on bags from the Library and Learning Space
• Activities by scholarship students such as:
- THE UNASKED: Questions from stories waiting to be discovered
- Color Relief #2: Express yourself through art therapy
- MUSEFLOW SPACE: A space to share feelings through messages and music
- SIT WITH ME: A space for mental rest and relaxation
- Message from myself
- NOSTALGIA REBOOT: Activities to revive the heart through nostalgic experiences Ending with Campus Rhythm x2 Concert and JING JAI MARKET
This event aims to create a space for students to relax, learn about
mental health care, and share positive energy through various creative
activities.
