BU EVENT End-of-Semester Relationship Building Activity Between Senior and Junior Students at "Come on Over, Let's JOY Together" Event

The "Come On Over, Let's JOY Together" event is an activity organized after everyone has dedicated themselves and worked hard throughout the semester. It serves as a space for EVENT BU students to relax, have fun conversations, and strengthen relationships between seniors and juniors. The event featured a variety of 6 activities including: Balloon Pop Prize Distribution, Undercover Board Game - Catch the Spy, Insider Board Game - You're the Mastermind, Powerful Scream, Target Toss, and Musical Chairs.

The activity was organized under the course EDM401 Event and MICE for Corporate, topic: Internal Branding. This stems from recognizing the importance of hands-on practical work for the 3rd-year students and developing the organization in the Event Production and Exhibition and Convention Management program, School of Communication Arts, to create stronger relationships focusing on the 1st-3rd year students.

Within the event, we designed based on the lifestyle and preferences of EVENT BU students and gathered popular items such as fish maw from a famous Cathay restaurant in Yaowarat, and exciting prizes for participants including Labubu V2, Labubu V3, Mentholatum Lipstick, lanyards from Osaka, Kansai, Japan EXPO 2025, and many more.

This event was created by the 3rd-year students from the Event Production and Exhibition and Convention Management program, School of Communication Arts, organized under the course EDM401 Event and MICE for Corporate. We hope that the activities we organized will provide fun, entertainment, and bring our organization closer together.

This Conclave serves as an open exchange space between academics, professionals, and leading national organizations to collaboratively shape the direction of modern marketing in an era where AI technology and ethics must progress hand in hand. The event draws inspiration from the integration of the six core values of the Master of Communication Arts Program in Digital Marketing Communication: Friends, Fun, Fail Fast, Fascinate, Go Crazy, and Full-Functioned — with the aims of building long-term stakeholder relationships, stimulating creative thinking and questioning, encouraging hypothesis-driven inquiry, normalizing learning from failure in an enjoyable way, and maintaining a focus on tangible outcomes and impact. The initiative is grounded in the principles of human-centered technology, sustainable digital operations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the exploration of new business models.
