Students and faculty from the School of Humanities and Tourism Management (HTM), led by Assistant Professor Phongphan Krainara, instructor of the course "Spanish for Personnel in Tourism and Hospitality Industry I," were invited to visit the photo exhibition "Friendship in Frames: Photo Exhibition in Commemoration of 60 Years of Friendship between Thailand and Peru" at Vithes Samosorn, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The visit aimed to promote experiential learning, develop third language skills, and enhance understanding of language, culture, and international relations contexts relevant to the tourism and hospitality industry.

The exhibition was organized to commemorate the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and the Republic of Peru. The opening ceremony was presided over by K.Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Minister of Foreign Affairs, together with H.E. Ms. Cecilia Zunilda Galarreta Bazán, Ambassador of the Republic of Peru to Thailand.

Additionally, the event was honored by the presence of K. Martín Abarca, Cultural Affairs Officer at the Embassy of the Republic of Peru in Thailand, who guided the tour and delivered presentations, sharing knowledge about culture and international relations in dimensions connected to professional language use. The exhibition featured photographs taken by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn during her royal visit to the Republic of Peru in 2019, as well as documents and photographs reflecting diplomatic relations between the two countries over more than six decades.

This activity reflects the Faculty of Humanities and Tourism Management's approach to learning management that aims to develop third language skills alongside experiential learning, to prepare students for high-quality professional practice in tourism and hospitality at the international level.
