BUBUS Integrates Strategies for Real Estate Business with AP (Thailand)

Marketing Programs, Management Programs and International Business Management Programs of the School of Business Administration
jointly organized a judging ceremony for business challenges in the project "BUBUS X AP Real Estate-Synergy: Integrating Strategies for Real Estate Business 2025." The challenging task given to students focused on the Townhome project "Baan Klang Muang The Edition," which is one of the real estate projects of AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited. Students had to collaboratively develop marketing communication strategies and brand experience creation with a budget of 50 million baht to generate sales in 2025. This was a great opportunity for students to apply the knowledge they had learned to a real business challenge.

The event was honored by executives from AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited who served as judges, led by K. Kittichet Sathitnoppachai, Deputy Chief Digital Officer, K. Srilanta Wongwannakul, Director of Digital Marketing Strategy, K. Natthakitti Lormani, Assistant Manager of Marketing Strategy for the Townhome Business Group, and K. Nattawat Todongthong, Marketing Strategist for the Townhome Business Group. They shared their experiences and perspectives from the real estate industry with the students.

This project exemplifies the Ecosystem concept that connects education and business sectors by integrating courses from three departments: MK 335: Brand Management, MG 421: Seminar in Modern Business Management, and IB 453: International Business in ASEAN Countries, under the supervision of
Ajarn Yaowaluk Aekphitoon,  Dr.Chutimavadee Thongjeen, and Dr.Chanatip Suksai. This gave students the opportunity to learn through Project-based Learning that emphasizes practical application and concrete professional skill development.

The event was honored by the executives of the Faculty of Business Administration, led by Dr.Krairoek Pinkaeo, Dean, School of Business Administration, along with Associate Dean School of Business Administration Asst. Prof.Rapeepan Wongprasert, Dr.Nittana Tarnittanakorn and Dr.Nisit Manotungvorapun, who welcomed the executives from AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited.
