BUAIR Partners with Pattaya Aviation to Sign MoU for Aviation Personnel Development

 

School of Humanities and Tourism Management signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pattaya Aviation Company Limited to promote and develop aviation personnel while enhancing the potential of students and graduates to align with future aviation industry demands.

 

 

The signing ceremony was honored by Assoc.Prof. Dr. Supachet Chansarn, Assistant to the President for Academic Affairs, Bangkok University, and Dr. Nathan  Bunyavichakarnont, Chief Executive Officer of Pattaya Aviation Company Limited, as signatories. Ajarn Jermsuda   Manakul, Dean, School of Humanities and Tourism Management, and K. Praiya  Na Rangsee, Director of Human Resources Department at Pattaya Aviation Company Limited, served as witnesses to the signing.

 

 

This collaboration focuses on aviation personnel development, encompassing support for internships and Cooperative Work-Integrated Education and Internship (CWEI) programs, allowing students to gain experience through learning combined with real work experience. The partnership also includes joint curriculum development to meet industry needs, support for essential teaching and learning resources, as well as promotion of post-graduation employment opportunities, creating sustainable cooperation between educational institutions and the business sector.

 

 

This MoU signing represents a significant step in integrating cooperation between universities and the private sector, helping to elevate the country's aviation personnel development with comprehensive knowledge, capabilities, and professional skills that meet industry demands and are ready to become a driving force in Thailand's aviation and tourism industry sustainably.
