มาตรการและการเฝ้าระวังการระบาดของโรคไวรัสโคโรน่า coronavirus (2019-nCov)
(ฉบับที่ 3)
มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ มีความห่วงใยสุขภาพของนักศึกษาและบุคลากรทุกท่านในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคไวรัสโคโรน่า coronavirus (2019-nCov) เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดภายใต้ประกาศกระทรวงอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัย และนวัตกรรม จึงเห็นควรดำเนินการตามมาตรการ (เพิ่มเติม) ดังนี้
มาตรการด้านนักศึกษาและบุคลากร
1. นักศึกษาและบุคลากรทุกคนที่มีแผนการเดินทางไปยังประเทศจีน ขอให้ยกเลิกหรือเลื่อนการเดินทางไปจนกว่าสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคไวรัสโคโรน่าจะคลี่คลาย หากนักศึกษาหรือบุคลากรผู้ใดมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องเดินทางไปยังประเทศจีนโดยไม่อาจหลีกเลี่ยงได้ ขอให้ติดต่อคณบดีหรือผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อพิจารณาตามความเหมาะสม
2. หากนักศึกษาที่เดินทางไปยังประเทศจีนโดยไม่ได้รับการอนุมัติจากทางมหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการส่งนักศึกษาผู้นั้นไปตรวจคัดกรองโรคตามมาตรการของกระทรวงสาธารณสุขแห่งประเทศไทย
3. นักศึกษาจีนทุกคนให้มารายงานตัวที่ศูนย์นานาชาติ (International Center) อาคารหอสมุดสุรัตน์ โอสถานุเคราะห์ ชั้น 1 (Main Campus) หรือที่ One Stop Service อาคาร 3 ชั้น 1 (City Campus) เพื่อทำการตรวจคัดกรองโรคตามมาตรการของกระทรวงสาธารณสุขแห่งประเทศไทย (นักศึกษาสามารถเลือกไปรายงานตัวได้ ณ วิทยาเขตที่สะดวก)
4. นักศึกษาไทย นักศึกษาต่างชาติ (ทุกเชื้อชาติ) และบุคลากรทุกคนที่เดินทางกลับมาจากประเทศจีนหลังวันที่ 17 มกราคม 2563 ให้มารายงานตัวที่ศูนย์นานาชาติ (International Center) อาคารหอสมุดสุรัตน์ โอสถานุเคราะห์ ชั้น 1 (Main Campus) หรือที่ One Stop Service อาคาร 3 ชั้น 1 (City Campus) เพื่อทำการตรวจคัดกรองโรคตามมาตรการของกระทรวงสาธารณสุขแห่งประเทศไทย (นักศึกษาสามารถเลือกไปรายงานตัวได้ ณ วิทยาเขตที่สะดวก ส่วนบุคลากรให้รายงานตัว ณ วิทยาเขตที่ปฏิบัติงาน)
5. นักศึกษาจีน นักศึกษาต่างชาติ (ทุกเชื้อชาติ) และนักศึกษาไทยที่เดินทางกลับมาจากประเทศจีนหลังวันที่ 17 มกราคม 2563 และประสงค์ที่จะสมัครเรียน ให้สมัครผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์เท่านั้น ตั้งแต่วันนี้ถึงวันที่ 29 กุมภาพันธ์ 2563 หรือจนกว่าจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงประกาศ
6. นักศึกษาและบุคลากรที่มีไข้และอาการระบบทางเดินหายใจ เช่น ไอ เจ็บคอ มีน้ำมูก หายใจเหนื่อยหอบ ให้งดเดินทางมายังมหาวิทยาลัย และขอให้ไปพบเจ้าหน้าที่ทางการแพทย์ในทันที
7. มหาวิทยาลัยขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตรวจคัดกรองสุขภาพนักศึกษาและบุคลากรที่ปรากฏอาการป่วย หรืออยู่ในข่ายต้องเฝ้าระวัง
มาตรการด้านการเรียนการสอน
1. สำหรับนักศึกษาที่ไม่สามารถมาเรียนได้ในช่วงสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคไวรัสโคโรน่า มหาวิทยาลัยได้จัดให้มีช่องทางการเรียนรู้ตามวันและเวลาเดิมร่วมกับเพื่อนนักศึกษาที่สามารถมาเรียนได้ตามปกติ โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีหรืออุปกรณ์ที่นักศึกษาทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงได้ เช่น ไลน์ เฟซบุ๊ก อีเมล ฯลฯ หากนักศึกษามีข้อสงสัยหรือต้องการรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม ให้ติดต่อคณบดีของคณะวิชาที่ตนศึกษาอยู่
มาตรการด้านสุขอนามัย
1. มหาวิทยาลัยจัดวางแอลกอฮอล์เจลล้างมือ เพื่อใช้ทำความสะอาดและลดการแพร่กระจายของเชื้อโรค บริเวณหน้าห้องน้ำทุกห้องและทุกชั้นของทุกอาคารเรียน รวมทั้งบริเวณต่างๆ ที่มีผู้สัญจร มากกว่า 50 จุด
2. มหาวิทยาลัยจัดให้มีการใช้น้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อเช็ดทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ภายในห้องเรียน ห้องน้ำ และบริเวณต่างๆ ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยที่ถูกมือสัมผัส เช่น ลูกบิดประตู โต๊ะ เก้าอี้ ก๊อกน้ำ ปุ่มหรือก้านกดชำระ หัวสายฉีดน้ำชำระ ปุ่มกดลิฟต์ ราวบันได ฯลฯ
3. มหาวิทยาลัยได้ทำความสะอาดฆ่าเชื้อตามมาตรฐานสากล ภายในห้องเรียนทุกห้อง รถโดยสารภายในมหาวิทยาลัยทุกคัน และรถโดยสารบุคลากรระหว่างวิทยาเขต
4. ขณะนี้หน้ากากอนามัย N95 ขาดตลาด แต่ทางมหาวิทยาลัยกำลังเร่งดำเนินการในการจัดซื้อเพื่อนำมาแจกแก่นักศึกษาและบุคลากร ในระหว่างนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยได้จัดเตรียมหน้ากากอนามัยทางการแพทย์ไว้สำหรับนักศึกษาและบุคลากร จนถึงวันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์นี้ ขอความร่วมมือผู้ที่มีหน้ากากอนามัยให้สวมใส่ตลอดเวลาที่อยู่ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยและในที่ชุมชน โดยขอรับหน้ากากอนามัยได้ที่
Main Campus: ห้องพยาบาล อาคาร A6 ชั้น 1
City Campus: ห้องพยาบาล อาคาร 3 ชั้น 1
มาตรการนอกเหนือจากนี้ ให้ยึดตามประกาศฉบับก่อนหน้า จนกว่าจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ทั้งนี้ขอให้บุคลากรทุกคนของมหาวิทยาลัยเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน และขอให้นักศึกษาและบุคลากรติดตามข่าวสารการระบาดของโรคได้จากเว็บไซต์ของกรมควบคุมโรค https://ddc.moph.go.th

Announcement III
Additional Precautionary Measures
Regarding the Outbreak of Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)
With reference to the ongoing outbreak of the coronavirus (2019-nCoV) and to follow the instructions and recommendations of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, Bangkok University is extremely concerned for overall health and safety of all students and personnel and deems it appropriate to issue additional precautionary measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus as follows.
For Students and Personnel
- If the students travel to China without permission from the University, it is mandatory for the University to send the students, upon their return, for coronavirus screening and further health observation as recommended by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand.
- All students and personnel are requested to defer or cancel non-essential travels to China until the situation of the coronavirus outbreak improves. Those with urgent or emergency plan to travel to China must report to their Dean or Supervisor for further consideration and approval.
- All Chinese students are required to report to the International Center, Room 104, 1st Floor, Building C6, Main Campus OR at City Campus, One Stop Service, 1st Floor, Building 3, for temperature screening as recommended by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand. Students may report to either Main Campus or City Campus for their convenience.
- All students and personnel who recently returned from China after January 17, 2020 must report to the International Center, Room 104, 1st Floor, Building C6, Main Campus OR at City Campus, One Stop Service, 1st Floor, Building 3, for temperature screening as recommended by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand. Students may report to the campus nearest to their residence. Personnel are requested to report to the campus where their Office/School is located.
- All students, Chinese, Thai and other nationalities, who recently returned from China after January 17, 2020 and wish to apply to BU are required to apply via online platform only, as from today until February 29, 2020 or until further notice.
- Students and personnel who have fever and experience the following respiratory symptoms--cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing-- are recommended to stay at home and seek medical care at the hospital immediately.
- The University makes it mandatory to perform necessary temperature screening or health surveillance on those with suspected respiratory symptoms or illnesses.
Measures for Teaching-Learning
- For students who are unable to attend classes due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, the University provides alternative learning channels using available technology or social media platforms such as Line, Facebook, Email, etc. For further information on this study arrangement, please contact Chairperson or Dean of your School.
Measures for Related Hygiene Practice
- The University has set up more than 50 points of Hand Sanitizer Stations at the following locations--in front of all restrooms and at all floors in all classroom buildings, including at crowd-gathering areas on campus.
- The University has ordered the use of cleaning solution and disinfectant for cleaning and disinfection of high-touch surfaces around campus, including classroom furniture & equipment and restrooms, door handles, chairs, desks, faucets, washers, toilet handles, elevator buttons and panels, stairs railings, etc.
- The University, in accordance with International hygiene standards and guidelines, has increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection of all classrooms, all campus shuttles and buses, including all inter-campus vehicles.
- Due to current high demands for N95 face masks resulting in a shortage of the products in the market, the University is trying to secure more N95 face masks to provide to our students and personnel. In the meantime, the University offers regular surgical face masks for students and personnel at both campuses, until February 20, 2020.

We recommend all students and personnel to wear face masks while being on campus and at crowded public places.
We request all students and personnel to continue to follow the instructions and measures previously announced in Announcement I and II until further notice. In the meantime, students and personnel should also be prepared for emergency situations and follow-up on updated information and development of the coronavirus outbreak from the website of the Department of Disease Control, https://ddc.moph.go.th/

曼谷大学公告
预防冠状病毒coronavirus(2019-nCov)流行病爆发的防范措施(第3 份)
在冠状病毒流行之际(2019-nCov),曼谷大学向所有学生和教职工的健康表示关怀。在泰国高等教育、科学研究与创新部门的通知框架下,为预防该流行病,我校将采取行以下附加措施:
教职工和学生方面措施:
1、我校要求所有教职工以及学生若近期内有外出赴中国的计划,将一律推迟,直到病毒爆发情况好转为止。如果因不可避免的原因需要赴中国出行,必须提前联系所属院长或主管适当审批。
2、未经我校批准而擅自前往中国的学生,我校有权根据泰国公共卫生部的规定派遣该学生进行筛查。
3、根据泰国公共卫生部的措施,我校所有中国学生需向留学生国际服务中心报到并接受筛查。报到地点为苏拉特图书馆大楼一层(主校区)或 One Stop Service 一站式服务中心三大楼一层(市校区)。学生可选择在便利的校区接受筛查。
4、2020年1月17日之后从中国返回泰国的泰国学生、国际学生(所有国籍)及教职工,必需向留学生国际服务中心报到并接受筛查。报到地点为苏拉特图书馆大楼一层(主校区)或 One Stop Service 一站式服务中心三大楼一层(市校区)。学生可选择在便利的校区接受筛查,教职工在所工作校区接受筛查。
5、2020年1月17日之后从中国返回泰国的中国学生、国际学生(所有国籍)及泰国学生,有意向向曼谷大学报名就读的学生,请申统一通过在线注册报名。注册日期从即日起到2020年2月29日,如有变动我校将另行通知。
6、若有教职工和学生出现发烧症状或呼吸道症状,例如咳嗽,喉咙痛,流、鼻涕,喘息等,应立即停止进入学校并及时就医。
7、我校有权保留对生病的学生、疑似病例、需要监视的人员进行健康筛查。
教务教学方面措施:
1、对于受冠状病毒影响而无法正常来学校学习的学生,我校将在相同的日期和时间为这些学生提供专门学习渠道。利于电子媒体设备,例如Facebook,Line电子邮件等学习方式。如学生有任何疑问或需要咨询更多详细信息,请与所在院系的院长联系。
校内卫生工作措施:
1、我校将在人群密集的建筑物内提供酒精和洗手液,为了清洁环境并且减少细菌传播,提供点超过50个。提供点为每栋教学楼的每层楼及厕所室。
2、我校将在教室,洗手间和其他区域(手可以触及到的区域)提供消毒剂擦拭和清洁设备。例如门把手,桌子,椅子,水龙头,按钮或按钮喷嘴,升降机按钮,栏杆等。
3、我校已按照国际安全卫生标准进行清洗和消毒,包括学校内的每间教室和每台校内巴士。
4、目前市场上的N95口罩供不应求,我校正加速采购为全体教职工和学生准备派发防病毒口罩到2020年2月20日为止,并要求所有教职工和学生始终在校园内佩戴医用口罩。
其他措施应与之前已公布的公告为实行,如有变动我校将另行通知。请我校的所有工作人员为紧急情况做好准备,并要求学生和教职员工密切关注疾病控制局网站的新闻https://ddc.moph.go.th/

1、紧急情况下,我校国际学生可以通过以下方式联系Atthasith Chuanpipatpong老师(国际服务中心主任),联系时间为周一至周六09.00-16.00时,联系电话 064-934-0011。
2、泰国教职工和学生可以通过以下方式联系
