1. กรณีผู้สมัครมีวุฒิดังนี้ จะได้จะรับการยกเว้นการสอบข้อเขียน และการเรียนเสริมพื้นฐาน
- ประกาศนียบัตร IB จะต้องได้เกรดไม่ต่ำกว่า 4 จำนวน 5 วิชา
- ประกาศนียบัตร IGCSE, GCSE หรือ GCE '0' level สอบได้ไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 วิชาไม่ซ้ำกัน และต้องผ่าน GCE 'A' level ไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 วิชา รวม 8 วิชา จะต้องได้เกรดไม่ต่ำกว่า C
-คะแนน GED ระบบใหม่ได้คะแนนไม่ต่ำกว่า 720 คะแนนขึ้นไป หรือ คะแนน GED ระบบเก่าได้คะแนนไม่ต่ำกว่า 3,600 คะแนนขึ้นไป *จะได้รับยกเว้นการสอบข้อเขียน
2. กรณีผู้สมัครมีคะแนนสอบภาษาอังกฤษ ที่เป็นมาตรฐานผ่านเกณฑ์คะแนนที่กำหนด(ผลสอบที่มีต้องไม่เกิน 2 ปี) จะได้รับการยกเว้นการสอบข้อเขียน และการเรียนเสริมพื้นฐาน ตามเกณฑ์คะแนน ดังนี้
- คะแนน IELTS เฉลี่ย 5.0 ขึ้นไป คะแนนทุกส่วนต้องไม่ต่ำกว่า 5.0
- คะแนน TOEFL ไม่ต่ำกว่า 500 (Paper Based) ไม่ต่ำกว่า 173 คะแนน (Computer Besed) และไม่ต่ำกว่า 61 (Internet Besed)
- คะแนน SAT ไม่ต่ำกว่า 1,000 (ในส่วนของ Reading และ Mathematics)
- คะแนน PTE ไม่ต่ำกว่า 43 ขึ้นไป
-คะแนน Duolingo English Test (DET) ( 80 in all subscore) หากสอบผ่านทุก Subscore
3. กรณีที่ผู้สมัครไม่มีผลคะแนนการสอบภาษาอังกฤษ หรือคุณวุฒิที่ได้รับการรับรอง ต้องสอบข้อเขียนการวัดระดับภาษาอังกฤษ BU Placement Test ของมหาวิทยาลัย
4. สำหรับผู้ที่ยังไม่มีผลสอบ IELTS, TOEFL, DET หรือผลสอบวัดระดับภาษาอังกฤษอื่นๆ สามารถสมัคร Preparatory English Course เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมด้านภาษาอังกฤษก่อนเข้าศึกษาในหลักสูตรนานาชาติ ม.กรุงเทพ โดยเฉพาะ
ช่วยทบทวนความรู้ความเข้าใจ เพิ่มความมั่นใจในการสื่อสาร การปรับตัวให้เข้ากับบรรยากาศและรูปแบบการเรียนที่ต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นหลัก โดยมีทีมอาจารย์ทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติคอยแนะนำและโค้ชอย่างใกล้ชิด

หากคะแนนการวัดผลผ่านเกณฑ์ที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด สามารถเข้าเรียนหลักสูตรนานาชาติ ม.กรุงเทพ ได้ทันที

English-language proficiency test score report: (results are valid for 2 years)
- TOEFL 500 (Paper-Based), 173 (Computer-Based), 61 (Internet-Based)
- IELTS 5.0 overall and in all skills
- SAT 1,000 in both critical reading and mathematics sections
- Duolingo English Test (DET) 80 in all sub-scores
- Pearson Test of English (PTE) at least 43 scores
- BU Placement Test (BU Test)
*Bangkok University has a test available if you do not have a valid English proficiency test score. The English proficiency test is waived for applicants who are native speakers of English
If you do not have an English proficiency score, you may be required to take an English language assessment offered by the university or apply for a preparatory English course.

Semester 1 Application Deadline:
- For applicants with an English proficiency score: Before the end of July.
- For applicants without an English proficiency score: Before the end of May.

- For applicants without an English proficiency score: Before the end of August.
*Please be aware that some majors may close when they reach full capacity.
To initiate a credit transfer, please prepare the required documents:
- Photocopy of your original transcript (both the original and English translation).
- Course descriptions from your previous institution (both the original and English translation).
- A photocopy of the information page of your passport.
- High school or equivalent transcript and certificate (both the original and English translations, if applicable).
You will receive the letter of acceptance after your application is approved.
Once your payment is processed, the university will proceed with your student visa application. The student visa is typically received approximately 1-2 months before the start of the semester.
Please make sure to complete all required steps promptly to ensure a smooth process.
