School of Architecture, Bangkok University, and the Built Environment Innovation Research Center, in collaboration with MMAD, Seacon Square Shopping Center, Srinakarin, under the support of the Thailand Institute of Justice, present the exhibition "Fade–Remember" - One person wants to remember, one person wants to forget. This contemporary art exhibition explores themes of freedom, memory, and human dignity through the lives of prisoners and people outside the prison system, reflecting inequality, stigmatization, and control systems in society through spatial design works by students from the Faculty of Architecture, Bangkok University. The exhibition runs from today until August 10, 2025, at the MAN MAN Zone, Seacon Square Shopping Center, Srinakarin.

The opening ceremony was honored by Dr. Piset Soad-yen, Director of the Thailand Institute of Justice, as the keynote speaker, along with a panel discussion titled "Want to Forget, Yet Remember, Don't Remember with Prison" - Experience, Memory, and Rehabilitation. Panelists included Ms. Cholthicha Chuen-ura: Director of the Bangkok Standards and Treatment of Offenders Office, Ms. Walailak Chumchuen: Director of the Central Women's Correctional Institution, Khlong Prem Central Prison, Mr. Narit Wuthisakanth: Special Project Manager, Seacon Development Public Company Limited, and Ms. Intira Hongrorn: Head of the "Fade-Remember" Exhibition Design Team. The discussion was moderated by Asst. Prof.Dr.Rittirong Chutapruttikorn, faculty member at Bangkok University.

Also present at the ceremony were Assoc. Prof.Dr.Natthaphob Nimpitiwan, Vice President for Research and Educational Innovation Development, and Dr.Thirapon Wongsaardsakul, Assistant to the President for Academic Affairs, who toured the exhibition showcasing student works from the Faculty of Architecture, Bangkok University. The presentation demonstrates collaborative design and exhibition development, using design knowledge to create new conversations between art and social issues. This reflects the advancement of SDG 4: Quality Education through hands-on learning processes that connect to real-world situations and build deep understanding of structural social problems. Simultaneously, the exhibition serves as an important platform for revealing and questioning inequality in the justice system, encouraging viewers to recognize the existence of people pushed away from equality and basic rights, aligning with SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities within and among countries. It also promotes concepts of respecting dignity, justice, and fair treatment of offenders, which is at the heart of SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.

The "Fade–Remember" exhibition exemplifies the integration of art, education, and civil society that not only creates learning experiences for students but also serves as a space for understanding, empathy, and hope for equal coexistence in society.
