The Master of Science program in Information Technology and Data Science is a research-based master's degree program. The program duration is 2 years (4 academic semesters, no summer semester). The total credit units for the entire program are 36 credit units, all of which are allocated to the thesis.

Students without a research background are required to take additional foundational courses. Additionally, participation in various academic activities, such as academic conferences and seminars, is mandatory as determined by the committee
