Detail

The Professional Excellence Scholarship is intended for applicants with outstanding achievements in the University's areas of focus. The Scholarship Recipient is expected to win awards or develop projects which are relevant to the chosen program, both in national and international levels, in order for the University to gain industry recognition.

Qualification

  • Thai and Non-Thai Nationals are Eligible to Apply.
  • Currently studying M.6 or completed a High School Diploma or Equivalent and has never been enrolled as a university student (except being an exchange student in overseas institutions)
  • Average GPA of 5 semesters of 3.00 and higher, GED with a minimum of 660 points, with a minimum passing score of 165 of each of 4 different subjects
  • Applicants shall have works/projects highlighting outstanding skills related to the chosen program and earn a certificate of participation in a competition or shall be qualified and selected to be in a project with the topic related to the chosen program.

Condition

1. All Thai and International programs except School of Communication Arts, School of Engineering, School of Information Technology and Innovation
2. Scholarship recipients must be of Thai or foreign nationality.
3. The scholarship Recipient is exempt from paying tuition, laboratory fees, but required to pay a semester fee and other fees.
4. While studying at Bangkok University, the Scholarship Recipient is obliged to maintain at least a 3.00 cumulative GPA at the end of each academic year and pass all courses.
5. The Scholarship Recipient is not permitted to change a major of study/school of which the scholarship is granted.

Application Documents

 1. Copy of your high school transcript from the basic education core curriculum M.6 (Grade 12) for all five semesters or a copy of your GED certificate as per the eligibility criteria for applicants.
 2. A letter of good conduct
 3. A Copy of National Identification Number / A copy of passport
 4. Copy of evidence for any name or surname changes (if applicable).
 5. Documents showcasing outstanding performance relevant to the chosen program.
 6. A Portfolio

A list of portfolio information to include (Prefer the PDF file format that must not exceed 10 pages) ;

2. Information highlighting outstanding talent relevant to the scholarship.
3. Details/proof of entries in competition or participation in topics relevant to the applied field of study/scholarship.
4. Reasons for your interest in this program.
