From May 13–17, 2025, the Culinary Arts and Design program at Bangkok University International embarked on an inspiring academic journey to Switzerland!

Representing the program were:
- Ms. Jermsuda Manakul, Dean of the School of Humanities and Tourism Management
- Dr. Nuttanuch Issariyakulkarn, Program Chair, Culinary Arts and Design (International Program)

The visit aimed to strengthen global academic ties through institutional meetings, Thai cooking demonstrations, and campus tours at top-tier Swiss hospitality schools.

- Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland – Le Bouveret
- César Ritz Colleges Switzerland – Brig
- The Mosimann Collection – honoring legendary chef Anton Mosimann OBE
