School of Information Technology and Innovation organized the "BU x Embassy of India: Knowledge Sharing" project, a collaboration between Bangkok University and the Embassy of India in Thailand, to provide students with opportunities to learn and exchange perspectives about technology and innovation from international experts.

Asst. Prof.Dr.Somyot Wattanakamolchai, Vice President for International Affairs, delivered the opening remarks and welcomed distinguished guests from the Indian Embassy, including Mr. Bhaskar Kalra, Attache (Economic & Commerce) & Assistant Permanent Representative to UNESCAP, Embassy of India, Bangkok.

The event featured guest speakers sharing their knowledge and experiences, including Ms. Paulomi Tripathi – Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of India, Bangkok, Mr. Gurmeet Singh – Executive Director, Electronics & Computer Software Export Promotion Council, and Mr. Nagaraj Prasadh – Country Head, Intellect Design Arena. They discussed topics including knowledge sharing about Indian technology and innovation, India's role in the digital industry and technology business development, and networking and career opportunities for students.

In another year of showcasing talent, second-year students from the Faculty of Information Technology, Bangkok University (1st cohort) were selected to participate in the KAIT Technical Internship Program — marking yet another year as the only private university in Thailand with students chosen for this program. The students received scholarships from the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) to intern at Kanagawa Institute of Technology (KAIT), Japan.
