Special thanks to Chef Ton Thitid Tassanakajohn for generously offering video assignments to fourth-year students enrolled in the CDI214 Entrepreneurship in the Food Service Industry course. Chef Ton is not only the owner of the acclaimed restaurant 'Le Du,' which has earned a prestigious 1-star Michelin rating and ranked first in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2023 but also oversees ownership of 8 other Thai restaurant brands in Bangkok.

Chef Ton challenged students to create a business plan for a new restaurant within his restaurant chain. The presentation of these business plans took place on April 23, 2024, with the esteemed presence of Mr.Chaisiri Tassanakajohn (Khun Tam) GM of Nusara Restaurant, and Chef Lenk Nithit Nithikampol Executive Chef of Nusara Restaurant, both serving as Chef Ton's representatives. The judging took place at Bangkok University, Room A5-703, from 14:30 to 17:00. Additionally, all students received a certificate signed by Chef Ton upon completion of the competition.
