Hotel Management Students Explore Professional Spa & Wellness Management at DIVANA Spa & Wellness

Hotel Management Department, School of Humanities and Tourism Management, organized the "Spa Excellence Immersion" activity under the course Spa Management (TCM 542) — opening a learning experience in Spa & Wellness business management through a study visit at DIVANA Spa & Wellness, one of Thailand's leading spa and wellness businesses.

The activity focused on real-world learning covering management, operations, and staff roles in the Spa & Wellness business, alongside hands-on activities that allowed students to experience actual work processes and apply knowledge within the context of the health tourism industry.

Students learned about spa management concepts, service experience creation, service quality management, and professional Wellness business operating standards — while practicing analytical thinking, planning, teamwork, and problem-solving through real situations with industry professionals.

Students also received a Final Project brief from Khun Aphiradee Hiranramdej, Managing Director of DIVANA Spa & Wellness, who provided feedback and evaluation — encouraging students to build on real industry knowledge toward developing professional concepts and work.

This activity reflects a learning approach that bridges education with real industry practice, broadening students' perspectives on the Wellness Tourism industry in terms of management, service, and holistic health experience creation — preparing them to become quality professionals in the Spa & Wellness and Health Tourism industry.
