Empowering Students  BUHTM x BATC Flight to Success

The Faculty of Humanities and Tourism Management has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bangkok Air Aviation Training Center (BATC) The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Jermsuda Manakul, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Tourism Management, and Capt. Nontaporn Mandachitra, a member of the Board of Directors at Bangkok Air Aviation Training Center. Dr. Nattaporn Chuensuwan, Chairperson of the Airline Business Management program, and Ms. Aninya Nateprapai, another Board member from the company, also served as witnesses.

This collaboration aims to train and develop students with the skills needed for the aviation industry. This will be done through internships, training, and various extracurricular activities to prepare them for a successful career.

Congratulations to Chef Mond - Suwijak Kunghae, alumnus of the School of Humanities and Tourism Management, on receiving the MICHELIN Young Chef Award 2026, Presented by Blancpain, from Royd restaurant. He has made a name for himself with authentic, bold-flavored Southern Thai cuisine, elevated with modern techniques while supporting local communities. Royd restaurant itself has also been selected as MICHELIN Selected in the MICHELIN Guide 2026.
