Students from the Airline Business Management program, enrolled in the Air Cargo & Ramp Operations course under the Faculty of Humanities and Tourism Management at Bangkok University, participated in an experiential learning activity at THAI Catering. This activity was part of the Airline Catering Operations & Management course, providing students with hands-on experience in the airline catering process. They learned everything from ingredient selection and food production to the quality and safety standards required for in-flight meals. Beyond the Classroom! Students gained valuable insights from industry experts and developed a deeper understanding of airline catering operations, which play a crucial role in service quality and the passenger experience.
