Designing the Future Together: Bangkok University Partners with G49 to Shape the Next Generation of Designers, Building Skills for the Real World
Communication Design Department, School of Fine and Applied Arts, and G49 Co., Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote student development and elevate teaching and learning in line with the needs of the creative industry.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Pattarawut Sabyen, Dean of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, and Ms. Nattaya Chaiwannakupt, Managing Director, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Anya Singsa-ngob, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Mr. Kritsana Thanathanit, Managing Director of G49 Co., Ltd., serving as witnesses. This marks another important step in the collaboration between academic institutions and the business sector, aimed at elevating the quality of education and strengthening practical learning experiences — enabling students to apply their knowledge in real professional practice and step confidently into the creative industry workforce.

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to developing quality talent for the creative industry, aiming to produce graduates who are not only "ready to work," but who are "ready to create value, drive innovation, and sustainably propel the future of Thailand's creative industry."

Over the past 14 years, G49 Co., Ltd. — one of Thailand's leading graphic design and brand communication studios — has served as a key, ongoing partner of the department, both by sending industry experts to share knowledge and professional experience, opening internship opportunities for students to learn real-world work, and hiring students to join the company after graduation.

On this occasion, executives from both organizations exchanged ideas on curriculum development and creating professional opportunities for students, while also visiting the operations of companies within the 49 Group to learn about their working methods and professional creative processes.
