Not a Hotel Management Program
A Complete Tourism and Hospitality System
This Bachelor of Arts covers hotel operations, tour planning, MICE and event management, and wellness tourism, alongside the data analysis and digital marketing skills that these fields now run on. Open to Thai and international students with an M.6 certificate, a vocational qualification, or a transferable diploma, the program draws a classroom where international students make up 95% of the cohort. Graduates move into hotels, airlines, travel agencies, MICE companies, and wellness tourism operators, or launch a travel business of their own.
The Classroom Is a Working Hotel
The curriculum builds year by year, from foundations and consumer behaviour through tour planning, MICE management, front office, and housekeeping, closing with a research project and internship, with many students finishing in three and a half years. Classes in food and beverage, front office, and airline business are held inside the Tourism Tower, a working hotel and restaurant with guest rooms, a culinary and patisserie kitchen, a bar, and a spa training room, so lessons are tested against real operations rather than textbooks.
Real Guests, Real Brands
Beyond the classroom, students train with wellness experts rooted in traditional Thai practice, and take on live briefs for real companies. One collaboration with a five-star hotel challenged students to design a full menu and table setting for a sustainable restaurant concept, judged by the hotel's own team. It is the kind of project that teaches faster than any case study.
Paid Internships That Turn Into Job Offers
The Marriott Class, run with Marriott International's Greater China and Thailand teams, has placed over 150 students into paid internships across 13 Hong Kong hotels, earning HKD 7,000
to 10,000 a month, with six converting to full-time offers. A parallel track has placed 25+ students in Japan, Spain, and the UAE, flights and accommodation included. Dual degree and exchange pathways with Middlesex University London, the University of Surrey, and Switzerland's César Ritz Colleges, IMI, and SHMS keep the door open further, including an annual luxury hospitality study tour to Hotel Institute Montreux.
