BU x UAE Embassy Organizes Executive Talk 2025
Graduate School organized the Executive Talk 2025: Special Episode in collaboration with the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Thailand under the topic "United Arab Emirates: A Country of Tolerance Coexistence." The event was honored by Ms. Nada Hassan, Head of Political and Media General Diplomatic Affairs Section, Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Thailand, as the guest speaker, sharing perspectives on multiculturalism and peaceful coexistence in today's global society.
The event brought together over 100 participants, including MBA students from both Thai and English programs, as well as interested students, under the course EBA 611: Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Competencies. The objectives were to broaden students' perspectives through direct experiences from international experts, enhance understanding of multiculturalism, establish academic collaboration networks with external organizations, and reflect Bangkok University's role as a Practical University ready to connect with global networks and drive sustainable academic, cultural, and social development.
Furthermore, the program helps elevate the university's international reputation in both Academic Reputation and Employer Reputation. The initiative also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including SDG 4: Quality Education, promoting educational quality through real-world learning experiences; SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, conveying perspectives on working in diverse societies and reducing intellectual and cultural disparities; and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, expanding collaboration networks between the university and international organizations.
In the future, the Graduate School plans to integrate knowledge from the lecture into teaching and practical activities, with potential expansion into cultural exchange programs to enhance Bangkok University's image both domestically and internationally. The Executive Talk 2025: Special Episode stands as another success that reinforces Bangkok University's mission to develop graduates with global vision who are truly ready to thrive in a multicultural world.
