BU Donates Eyeglasses On Tour
Bangkok University, through the Dr.Supong Limtanakool Foundation, organized an eye examination and free eyeglasses assembly project under the "BU Donates Eyeglasses" initiative at Tao Poon Metropolitan Police Station to serve police officers and the general public.
The project received tremendous interest with a large number of participants, including both police officers and local residents. They received comprehensive services ranging from computerized eye examinations, eyeglass frame selection according to their needs, and receiving finished eyeglasses at no cost whatsoever.
On this occasion, Police Lieutenant Colonel Dendom Laphanant, Superintendent of Tao Poon Metropolitan Police Station, welcomed Dr.Supong Limtanakool, Executive Vice President for External Affairs, and Asst. Prof.Chanunshee Pangkhanont, Assistant to the President for Administrative and Educational Services, along with faculty members and staff who participated in providing services on this occasion.
This project reflects Bangkok University's commitment to social service and fostering cooperation between educational institutions and government agencies for the benefit of the public.
