BU Partners with The Army Research and Development Office Research at Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy Academic Exhibition 2024.
Center of Specialty Innovation (CoSI), Bangkok University presented research projects in collaboration with the The Army Research and Development Office at the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy Academic Exhibition 2024. The showcase featured a real-time artillery fire control system with UAV targeting capability, a research project funded by Science, Research, and Innovation Promotion Fund.
On this occasion, the Bangkok University research team led by Assoc. Prof.Dr.Natthaphob Nimpitiwan, Asst. Prof.Dr.Worawat Choensawat, Asst. Prof.Dr.Kingkarn Sookhanaphibarn and Dr.Panapong Songsukthawan, along with Maj.Gen. Rawee Tangpithakkul, Director of The Army Research and Development Office and his team, had the honor of welcoming Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and presenting their research findings.
Additionally, Assoc. Prof.Dr.Natthaphob Nimpitiwan had the privilege to present Center of Specialty Innovation research project to Her Royal Highness -
an aircraft recognition training device using Virtual Reality technology for Royal Thai Army missions, which was also funded by Science, Research, and Innovation Promotion Fund.
