School of Business Administration collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) organized a training program under the New Breed Graduate Project titled "Elevating Food Service Entrepreneurs for Survival, Smart Operations, and Sustainability" Batch 2, targeting small and medium-sized food service entrepreneurs and business representatives. Dr.Krairoek Pinkaeo, Dean, School of Business Administration, delivered the opening remarks and welcomed the participants. The training program runs from October 2024 to January 2025, aiming to enhance essential business knowledge and skills.
This training program encompasses the 3S approach, a business framework designed to help entrepreneurs adapt and survive sustainably in the current era. The framework includes Survive for adaptation in rapidly changing environments, Smart for appropriate implementation of technology and digital tools in business operations, and Sustainability for building a strong and lasting business foundation. Knowledge will be shared by leading experts from prominent organizations including Foodpanda, Wisesight, and Food Passion, with Ajarn Siripong Teopipithporn, Instructor from the Digital Marketing Programs, School of Business Administration, serving as the program director.
