School of Architecture and International Affairs Office, in collaboration with the International Cultural Foundation (ICF) and Asia Academy of Culture (AAC), Korea, organized two events: AAC - International Symposium and ACDC - Asia Cultural Design Contest to promote academic programs and foster cultural exchange relationships.
The event was honored by Chun, Hong Duck – Chairman of the International Cultural Foundation, Korea, who presided over the ceremony, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Somyot Wattanakamolchai, Vice President for International Affairs at Bangkok University, who welcomed executives and academics.

The AAC - International Symposium featured academic presentations from scholars from five countries: Thailand, Korea, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam, to build relationships and discuss the implementation of a Short course on Urban planning and Landscape design for future student exchanges.
The ACDC - Asia Cultural Design Contest showcased works reflecting art, culture, and cultural landscape design. There were 17 entries from students from China, Vietnam, and Indonesia, presenting architectural designs, landscapes, furniture, fashion, paintings, and products that reflect the unique culture of each locality.
Additionally, there was a landscape design contest under the theme "Pocket park @ Siriraj hospital," with prizes sponsored by the Siriraj Foundation. Ten projects from Bangkok University's Faculty of Architecture students were submitted.
The Gold award of 10,000 Baht
went to the "Galore Lucent Garden" project by the SOS RANGER group,
consisting of Piyaporn Tannigron, Siripron Tungboontavee, Supatsara Rassamee, Nattawadee Rangyai, Teeraphat Boonprasert, and Pimravee Pawootinun.
The Silver award (1) of 5,000 Baht
was given to the "Moisten the heart" project by the No name group,
including Intira Hongron, Thongthae Jomploy, Piyarach Klayluck, Fareeyan kaji Mallika Chaiyo, and Wannaphat Attapravit.
The Silver award (2) of 5,000 Baht
went to the "Breath of balance" project by the Emergency group,
comprising Natthakan Maksiri, Lipika Kanamsee, Saowalak Khuhakaeo,
Matchima Putsuk, and Wannaporn Pongsawat.
Furthermore, the International Cultural Foundation (ICF), Korea, presented special awards to two students with outstanding work and learning performance. The prize includes airfare and accommodation for a 5-day cultural learning trip to Korea. The recipients of this award are Piyaporn Tannigorn and Supatsara Rassamee.
