Exciting News from Our Culinary Arts and Design Program! Our third-year students recently embarked on a fascinating journey into the world of Sugar Arts at Lenôtre Culinary Arts School Thailand. We're thrilled to announce that this was just the first group to experience this incredible workshop! The second group is set to embark on their sugar art journey on April 4, 2024.
Under the expert guidance of Chef David Bonet, our students delved into the intricate art of sugar crafting, mastering techniques such as sugar cooking, pulling, and casting. From crafting delicate sugar ribbons, balls, and flowers to learning assembly techniques, our students honed their skills to perfection.
