Talented BUDC Teams, Seniors and Juniors, Sweep Awards Across Thailand for Creative Works in Content Lab 2024

Congratulations to the students and alumni of School of Digital Media and Cinematic Arts for winning awards in all 3 regions, each receiving a 20,000 Baht project development grant and a certificate from the Content Lab 2024 project. The project, titled "Creating Thai Content, Pushing Globally: Newcomers," is a camp for new filmmakers and series creators. It aims to train participants in basic project development and provide knowledge that can be used as a foundation for professional growth. The opportunity was open to content creators from various regions across the country, including the Northeast, Central, and Northern regions, to learn and cultivate skills in film and series production for the future.

Northeast Region: Project "His Gone"

Central Region: Project "Landscape of Masquerade"

Northern Region: Project "Dead Company"

Project "Cicadas Memorial" developed from the novel "Ghost Town Revisited"

Participants in the project received training in filmmaking and series production from basic levels, covering the essentials of screenplay writing to intensive storytelling techniques. They also received close guidance and suggestions from leading experts in Thailand's film and series industry.
The unique aspect of Content Lab: Newcomers is that it provides opportunities for participants who are newcomers with no prior experience in the film or series industry to apply. This resulted in a large number of applicants from various professional fields and age groups showing interest in the project.
