"Hello Stranger" - Building Relationships Among EVENT BU Students, Creating Unforgettable Special Memories

 

Students from the Event Production and Exhibition and Conference Management program, School of Communication Arts, organized the "Hello Stranger" event as part of the EDM401 - Event and MICE for Corporate course to strengthen relationships between senior and junior students. The event brought together 1st - 3rd year students through fun activities and collaborative learning, with prizes worth over 2,000 baht.

 

 

The event was held under the concept "We are no longer strangers to each other." Participants were divided into 6 teams: Island Team, Cool Team, Idol Team, A+ Team, Tractor Rider Team, and The Bag Team to compete in various activities including: Undefeated Fight Activity, Challenge Setting Activity, Problem-Solving Activity, Hidden Event Activity, and a beautiful costume contest with cash prizes.

 

 

The event created a fun atmosphere while fostering closer connections between seniors and juniors. It concluded with an exciting After Party "Final Brief FINAL DANCE" where participants could enjoy themselves to the fullest.

 

 

Additionally, the activities helped develop teamwork skills, critical thinking, and hands-on problem-solving in various situations that can be applied to daily life. It also provided opportunities for participants to build community and connections within the Event Production program student group.
