School of Business Administration X Aware Group to Launch Project-Based Learning Business Planning Competition

 

Management Program, Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Digital Commerce Logistics) Program, and International Business Management Program, School of Business Administration, in collaboration with Aware Group, organized the "BU x Aware Group" project — a Project-Based Learning initiative integrating Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as part of the business challenge framework. The event was held at Pongtip Meeting Room 1, 9th Floor, Building C2, Bangkok University.

 

 

The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr.Nittana Tarnittanakorn, Associate Dean School of Business Administration, who also presented souvenirs to the organization's executives. The event was supported by Dr.Krairoek Pinkaeo, Dean, School of Business Administration, Asst. Prof.Rapeepan Wongprasert, Associate Dean School of Business Administration, Dr.Naunghathai Intakhantee, Chairperson, Management Department , A. Vajirawit Siripiyaphat, Chairperson, International Business Management Department  and Dr.Worawat Joradon, Chairperson, Logistics Management Department.

 

 

Six finalist teams presented their business development plans addressing real industry challenges from Aware Group. Judges from Aware Group included: K.Jittiya Thammasorn — Group People Development Director K.Sanchai Chatbanchachai — Group Strategy and Business Development Director K.Panita Bowornpakpataraporn — People Development Consultant K.Onjira Kittivorawut — Marketing Executive

 

 

The panel of executives also served as judges for the final round of student presentations and presented awards to the winning teams as follows:

  • 1st Place Winner: Team "Phak Khom Mai Khom" received a cash prize of 5,000 Baht
  • 1st Runner-up: Team "Lang Hong" received a cash prize of 3,000 Baht
  • 2nd Runner-up: Team "Nam Som Pan" received a cash prize of 2,000 Baht

 

 

This activity was overseen by the project coordinators, led by A.Sorranan Rongrodejanarug, lecturer in International Business Management Program, and project leader Dr.Penjira Kanthawongs, lecturer in Management Program, and A.San Pinkaew, lecturer in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Digital Commerce Logistics) Program.
