From the Classroom to the World Stage Proof That We Build Real Entrepreneurs

If you're looking for a business school that goes beyond theory — one that empowers students to build real businesses, develop real innovations, and compete on a global stage — BUSEM is a proven answer.

Most recently, Team CASSAPURE from the School of Entrepreneurship and Management, Bangkok University (BUSEM), claimed 1st place at the Babson Collaborative Global Student Challenge 2026 — a world-class entrepreneurship competition bringing together over 4,073 students from 33 universities across 24 countries.

The competition challenges students to develop business concepts and innovations that create positive impact for society and the environment, presenting their ideas to entrepreneurship experts from around the world.

Team CASSAPURE stood out with a groundbreaking innovation: transforming leftover cassava peels — an agricultural waste product — into Activated Carbon for industrial wastewater treatment. Their solution is a powerful demonstration of creativity, business acumen, and real-world problem-solving in action.

This achievement is more than an international award. It's proof that BUSEM doesn't just produce business graduates — it cultivates entrepreneurs, business leaders, and innovators capable of turning ideas into globally recognized ventures.

At BUSEM, students don't just study business administration, marketing, finance, or management. They think like entrepreneurs — through real projects, industry collaboration, startup development, and participation in national and international competitions.

Because in today's business world, success isn't measured only by what you've studied. It's measured by your ability to create value, seize opportunities, and drive real impact.

That's why BUSEM remains the destination for the next generation — not just learners, but builders, innovators, and the entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
