Congratulations to Mr. Nawapol Buason, a student in the Art and Design program, School of Fine and Applied Arts, Bangkok University, for producing outstanding work at national-level board game design competitions — winning two awards from two major stages, reflecting his potential in game design, creativity, and the development of learning media through games.

The work "Bar Lubz" received a Nominee Award in the Party category at the Thailand Board Game Awards 2026, the country's leading annual board game event, held to elevate the Thai board game industry into the creative economy. The event provided a platform for Thai board game designers and entrepreneurs to showcase their potential.

While promoting learning through innovative thinking in a fun and inspiring format — through exhibitions, talks, workshops, and hands-on Thai board game trial sessions. It was organized by the National Innovation Agency (NIA) in collaboration with the Thailand Board Game Association.

In addition, the game "The Election" received an Honorable Mention at the SENATE BOARD GAMES CONTEST 2026, a competition for designing board-game-based democracy teaching materials, aimed at promoting learning about the legislative process and democratic society through Game-based Learning. The contest was organized by the Public Relations Bureau, the Democracy Promotion Division, and the Senate's Regional Outreach Activities.

This achievement reflects students' potential in applying their knowledge of art and design to create board games that not only provide entertainment but also serve as tools for promoting learning and creative development — reaffirming the quality of students from the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Bangkok University, who are ready to step into professional game design careers and produce work recognized at the national level.
