Students from the Contemporary Art group, Art and Design programme, School of Fine and Applied Arts, gained hands-on experience by participating as exhibiting artists at Hotel Art Fair 2026, organised by Farm Group Co., Ltd. at KROMO Bangkok, Curio Collection by Hilton. The exhibition opened on 4 June 2026 and ran from 5–7 June 2026.

Within the exhibition, students shared the display space alongside galleries and professional artists at both national and international levels, presenting creative works that had been developed through a systematic process of artistic learning and skill development.

The works on display were created by second-year and fourth-year students, selected from three courses: CTA 212 Creative Practice on Flat Surface, CTA 214 Experimental Three Dimensional Creative Work, and FA418 Degree Project in Art and Design. Students were involved in every stage of the process — from concept development and artwork creation, to curating works appropriate to the exhibition context, and finally installing and arranging pieces within the actual venue space.

Participating in Hotel Art Fair 2026 gave students the opportunity to learn the working processes of artists and exhibition organisers in a real professional setting — presenting their artistic concepts, communicating with audiences, collectors, and art enthusiasts — extending their learning from the classroom onto the contemporary art stage.

This activity reflects learning through doing, helping students develop creative skills, artwork management, and the readiness to step forward as artists and designers in the future.
