Mr. Surat Osathanugrah, the founding father of Bangkok University, presided over the opening ceremony of the Pongtip Osathanugrah Communication Arts Complex on February 2, 2005 at the Rangsit Campus. The Complex, which was named after the co-founder of the University, aims to be the center of learning and development of communication arts.
